As part of Phase 3 of the Noads Way Housing Estate development in Southampton, Wiltshire Asphalt were appointed to carry out the surfacing of all roads and footpath areas across the site.

Working closely with the client and wider project team, our site and office teams carefully planned the works around the overall construction programme, ensuring the surfacing was completed efficiently and to the required timescales.

With a housing development approaching handover, coordination and programme are key. Our team worked alongside the client to ensure the roads and footpaths were completed and ready for the next stage of the development, helping keep the project moving towards final handover.

The works required a strong focus on quality, efficiency and attention to detail, with our experienced surfacing gangs delivering the finished asphalt surfaces across the development.
